Bill Moseley is a Principal with the law firm of Jackson Lewis in Jacksonville and Atlanta. Bill serves as general outside counsel, counsel and/or labor and employment counsel to numerous public transportation authorities and local governments across the United States. Bill’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel, collective bargaining and corporate governance. Bill has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority and has been the Chief of Staff and Director of Legal Affairs of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. He and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Public Transportation Association. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the APTA Legal Affairs Committee, on the APTA Nominating Committee and Emerging Leaders Committee and on the Board of Directors of the American Public Transportation Foundation.
