Mark Hybner is a Senior Legislative Representative at the American Public Transportation Association, where he has been since December 2014. Mark advises the APTA Legislative Committee and several subcommittees, including Small Operations, Federal Procedures and Regulations, and Funding, Finance, and Tax. Before joining APTA, Mark worked in the U.S. Senate for Senators Baucus and Walsh. With Senator Baucus, Mark staffed the Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. Before working in the Senate, he was a law clerk in the Criminal Division of New Jersey Superior Court in Toms River. He graduated from Montana State University and Temple Law School in Philadelphia.
